Anyone can Volunteer at a Work Party!
Work parties are a great opportunity for high school students to earn community service credit hours,
plus earn a free club membership and have a great place to archery practice.
*5 work party credits will earn you a free single club membership beginning June 1, 2024-May 31, 2025
*Bringing a Quad, or similar off-road vehicle to help at shoot set-ups/Clean-Ups earns you 2 credits each time
New Membership Year Begins June 1, 2023- Remember to renew & Watch for your new ID Card w/Gate Code in the Mail. If you do not receive your ID card please contact Emma Coleman.
*You can still purchase a membership at a pro-rated amount as well.
Please be sure to lock the gate behind you when you come up to the range during our private hours.
If you see anything out of place at all please give us a call, or email to let us know.
Since we are a nonprofit organization it can be hard to replace important items if they are stolen.
We are asking all members to have their membership cards on them
when they are up at the range during regular non-public hours & to report any suspicious activity.
If you have free time and would like to schedule a time to do your own private work party for credit please contact us.

Green Valley Archery Club was established in 1968 and is a non profit club ran solely by volunteers.
Please help us keep the club, and it's history alive for many years to come, by volunteering at work parties, shoot set ups, shoot cleanups, on the club's board, or by purchasing a membership, and coming to our 3D Shoots!!!

Volunteering at 6 work parties before May 31, 2024 will get you a Family Club Membership beginning June 1, 2024 FREE.
Set up/Take Down for Shoots counts as Two Work Parties.

The club is in need of building materials, metal roofing, paint, flagging, gravel, lumber, road fabric &, or
use of tractors, dump trucks, or other equipment for brush removal.

Coming from Springfield:
1-105 to Bob Straub Parkway turns into Jasper Road, Jasper store will be on your left, continue east on Jasper Rd. which turns into Pengra Rd. Turn left into GVA entrance when you see large GVA sign on your left - just before curve in road. If you pass Dexter Boat landing entrance you drove to far.

Coming from Hwy 58:
Turn left onto S. Pioneer St (you drive pass old white bridge). Take left turn onto N. Shore Road
which turns into Pengra Road. Turn right onto GVA entrance (caution: right turn is on a curve, Entrance is just past the Dexter Boat landing entrance located (on your left)....Look for large GVA sign facing Pengra rd. on the right side approx. 15 ft from road)
